Dinner #1: Italian Dijon Tilapia, Steamed Rice, Green Beans, and Bread
Dinner #2: Cheesy Sauce Chicken & Broccoli, Mashed Potatoes, and Fruit
Dinner #3: Mini Crab Cakes, Steamed Broccoli, and Salad (we didn't end up having this last week)
Dinner #4: Cheese Ravioli, Side Salad, and Garlic Bread
