What was I supposed to use this for again?? Cooking? Oh yeah! I need some recipes! Thankfully their site has hundreds of recipes listed! I needed a good dinner recipes so I chose the Garden Fresh Coconut Oil Stir Fry. I cooked it last night and thankfully my husband and daughter enjoyed it!! I had no trouble at all substituting the cooking oil I would have used for the Coconut Oil and the meal did not have a coconut taste.
