Frederico, The Mouse Violinist Review
My daughter and I had the opportunity to read the book Frederico, the Mouse Violinist, by Mayra Calvani. This is a darling book about a tiny mouse who's dream is to become a musician.
Frederico lived in the workshop of a famous violin maker named Antonio Stradivari. He loved to sneek out at night, when no one was around, to explore the workshop and all the violins. When Stradivari caught the mouse playing a violin one evening, he decided to surprise Frederico with a special gift.
This is an wonderful book for any child interested in music.
