It's Fit Mommy Friday so I'm here to tell you all about my week so far. After almost 12 days of getting back on track with my eating and exercising, I am doing really well. :o) I weighed myself yesterday morning and I have lost 3lbs. YAY!! And according to the unofficial "hands on hips" test, I'm losing inches too.
I have worked out with free weights everyday this week, except yesterday. I still have not added cardio because it is just too darn cold outside to run, but I think it may be warming up a bit this coming week. I expect when I add in my cardio I will see even better results!!
All my meals this week were on track with what I had planned. All the dinners I posted on Menu Plan Monday went well and everyone liked them! Today I am finally planning to make some protein cheesecake so we will have something to snack on over the weekend.
I've also been drinking a ton of water each day, along with some green tea, and I've had a few cups of coffee throughout the week, and one glass of diet soda.
This weekend I will probably take Saturday and Sunday evenings off so I can eat what I want for dinner both nights. The rest of the weekend I am still going to watch what I eat.
My goal for next week is to add some cardio a few days a week.
