Oh my goodness, all of last week's meals were YUMMY! If you missed them, go HERE. The only thing that was not great were the brownies, but I suspected that since they are supposed to be healthy. I've never eaten a "healthy" brownie that tasted good. If you know a recipe for one, please share!
So here's the menu for this week:
Monday: Potted Chicken Pie (it was so good and easy to make we are having it again)
Tuesday: Spaghetti and Corn Bread (daughter's favorite)
Either Wednesday or Thursday: Chili
Friday: Grilled Chicken Tacos
