Menu Plan Monday - July 11

I haven't posted my menu in a while so thought it was time I did.  Not that it includes anything particularly special, just to keep a record.

I am going to try to eat oatmeal with blueberries each morning.  Today I waited to eat until after I got back from working out and that worked better.

I have three Lean Cuisine meals for the week and one day I know I'll be out of the house.  The other day I'll plan on making a turkey and cheese sandwich.

Sunday: We made a fruit and bread platter.

Monday: I bought a pound of fresh shrimp so hopefully hubby with create something yummy with it.

Tuesday: Tiki Taco Tuesday

Wednesday: I think we may be out to dinner.

Thursday: Some kind of soup

Friday: Spaghetti with meat sauce (have to carb up for the swim meet on Sat)

I bought shrimp too. We're having shrimp and grits for dinner tonight. Yum!

That sounds good, especially the grits. Hubby came home and ended up cooking pasta and then adding a sweet marinade to the shrimp and cooking it with carrots and pineapples. It was yummy!
